The Schlueter Team

Christian, Sharon and Jennifer Schlueter are residents of Ocean County.  Christian & Sharon since 1968 and Jennifer is a lifetime resident.  Sharon & Christian have been REALTORS® since 1985 and Jennifer joined us in 2003.  Our ONLY priority is service to our Customers and Clients. Building relationships is what we do. We are not and have never been just here for the Commission. As a result, we have been successful year after year, with the majority of our business, a direct result of Referrals from past clients, customers, friends, family and other Real Estate Professionals.  Real Estate is our Career and Full Time Job and we are with what we believe is the best Company on the Planet for Real Estate.  For any of our customers, clients, past, present or future who are contemplating a relocation in or out of Ocean County, we will work hard to interview Real Estate Specialists for them to work with in the sale or purchase of a home out of our primary market area.

Personal

  • Christian & Sharon have been licensed REALTORS® since 1985 and are licensed Broker-Sales Associates.Christian has attained the e-Procertification showing specialization in Real Estate as it applies to Today's technology.
  • Sharon has attained the Senior's Real Estate Specialist (SRES)designation after attending and successfully completing a Specialized School whihc deals with helping Seniors make wise and informed decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, managing Capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate, reverse mortgages, moving to senior communities and much more!
  • Christian & Sharon have acheived the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) after successfully completeing a comprehensive and specialized course in Buyer Representation.
  • Christian has attained the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) certification afer completing a comprehensive and intensive course dealing the Loan Modifications, Short Sales and Foreclosures.  As a direct result of that knowledge we have been able to help some people who are turned around on their mortgages, obtain loan modifications and remain in their homes, one of the most gratifying things we can do.
  • Jennifer is a very experienced Buyer and Marketing Specialist with a background in Marketing and Cinema production.
  • Christian & Jennifer have alot of experience and expertise in dealing with REO (Bank Owned) properties, handling the sale of these properties for Banks and Asset Management Companies.
  • Our team is actively involved in raising money with our REMAX offices for the Childrens Miracle Network.
